5. Test your (forex)brokers support

Dear fellow traders,

This blog is all about (forex)trading as you know. So, I am testing brokers as well. Today I went testing the support at Forexyard and AAAfx. Simple questions about trading I asked them And I can say, you do really see some difference between brokers. 

Now, I heard that Forexyard has been taken over by Markets a while ago, but it seems that Forexyard is really deteriorates itself. There is nothing left of the broker I knew two years ago!

I opened the chat with AAAfx, and a girl came within a few seconds. She answered all of my questions. The only thing you always see, is that they always have that same answers every single time. Answers that already been created, of course, it does save time for the company, but it isn't very personally. And I as a trader, want a good relationship with my broker, I need to trust them. 

As second, I went to Forexyard for as well, some simple questions, this is what I got:

It went on and on and on, it seems like the company is down totally or hasn't got any employees left. This is a shame, of what once was a very well know broker, now is ruined. 

As last, I went to the support of HiwayFX, I have the thought that they are ignoring me, they aren't responding at all. I hope they will resolve this problem if they are reading this. 

What I would like to teach you today is to test your brokers client support. Are they helping good, giving the right answers and do really answer them. 

Make sure that you have some kind of a relationship with your broker or a personal coach to help you out... who doesn’t disappear suddenly.
